David Javitch, Ph.D. founded Javitch Associates in 1982. The privately - owned firm provides leadership  and organizational behavior consulting and training programs to national and international organizations.
Dedicated to organizational behavior issues and research, Dr. Javitch recognized the need for businesses to develop practical leadership and employee management strategies that ensure increased productivity, morale, and revenue. Because of his faculty affiliation at The School of Public Health at both Harvard University and Boston University, he naturally began consulting with healthcare organizations.
